At our conception DMTL targeted the socket and connectors sector and through constant development and franchise partnerships, we have expanded our product range to provide a comprehensive selection of passive and active electronic components

· 1993 - Launched joint office in Japan.

· 1994 - Appointed AVX/Kyocera ‘Design In’ distributor.

· 1995 - Gained ISO9002 accreditation.

· 1997 - Appointed sole agent for Fuji Ceramics, distributor for VTM and agency with Transcend.

· 1998 - Appointed distributor for FCI Semiconductors. Major investment in stock and bespoke computer system.

· 1999 - Infrastructure, staffing and inventory enlarged to improve service levels.

· 2000-2001 – Office and store modernisation and the recruitment of additional personnel.

· 2001 - Designed and implemented bespoke software and database system.

· 2002 - Export sales figures reach nearly 40%.

· 2003 - Appointed NIC Eurotech ‘Design In’ distributor. Recruited OEM/CEM Sales Manager.

· 2006 - Appointed AVX/Elco ‘Design In’ distributor for the UK . Further recruitment of personnel to improve service levels.

· 2007 - Re-Located to a larger purpose built facility with significant investment in warehouse equipment. Increase in our bespoke computer system.

· 2008 - Appointed AVX High Reliability & Mil Spec component ‘Design In’ distributor for the UK.

· 2009 - Appointed Coilmaster distributor for the UK.

· 2010 - Recruited Commercial Manager.

This level of expansion has enabled DMTL to enhance our already wide range of services, ensuring that we are one of the few real specialists in this dynamic market.
