DMTL are looking for a diligent and motivated, office based Sales Coordinator to maintain and further develop a range of accounts, supporting our continued growth as the UK’s Leading Passives Design Distributor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and key suppliers.
- To build long-term relationships with new customers.
- To maintain and further develop Resale accounts.
- To handle enquiries generated via our website or other internet stock listing sites.
- To process customer orders and relevant supplier purchase orders.
- To resolve customer problems which may occur.
- To ensure customer details and records are kept up to date.
- To be flexible and supportive within a small team.
- To produce and present a monthly target and achievement report.
- To produce monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and actively work towards reaching them.
- To identify market trends and actively look to promote the business accordingly.
- To propose new sales strategies to grow the business with the Resale group.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in a sales role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivation.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Some experience within the Electronic Component sales / distribution industry would be desirable but not essential.
