We're Hiring | Sales Coordinator

DMTL are looking for a diligent and motivated, office based Sales Coordinator to maintain and further develop a range of accounts, supporting our continued growth as the UK’s Leading Passives Design Distributor.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and key suppliers.
  • To build long-term relationships with new customers.
  • To maintain and further develop Resale accounts.
  • To handle enquiries generated via our website or other internet stock listing sites.
  • To process customer orders and relevant supplier purchase orders.
  • To resolve customer problems which may occur.
  • To ensure customer details and records are kept up to date.
  • To be flexible and supportive within a small team.
  • To produce and present a monthly target and achievement report.
  • To produce monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and actively work towards reaching them.
  • To identify market trends and actively look to promote the business accordingly.
  • To propose new sales strategies to grow the business with the Resale group.
Requirements & Skills
  • Experience in a sales role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Some experience within the Electronic Component sales / distribution industry would be desirable but not essential.
